Washed Typica from Hacienda La Papaya in Ecuador's Loja region. Grown at high elevation with drip irrigation. Cherries depulped and fermented 15 hours in fresh water, then slow-dried in greenhouse-style rooms for even development. Delicate pear, floral oolong tea, and soft honeyed sweetness.
