Pink Bourbon from Farm El Triunfo in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia at 1,780 meters. Grown by Martha and Jose Zuñiga. 48 hours anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks, then 36 hours aerobic fermentation, then washed and dried. Bright and structured with layered clarity.
