Description
Washed Ethiopian coffee from Gedeb, sourced from around a thousand smallholder farmers delivering to Chelbesa One washing station. Korume and Wolisho heirloom varieties grown at 1,950–2,200 meters, fermented several days then dried on raised beds for up to ten days.
